Why now

We just closed a funding round. Product-market fit is proven. Revenue is growing. The roadmap is massive. And the CEO is running at 200% capacity across sales, product, fundraising, partnerships, and hiring.

We need someone who can absorb the chaos, create structure where there is none, and make sure the important stuff actually gets done. Not an assistant. A force multiplier.

This role doesn't exist yet. You'll define it.

Be the CEO's right hand

  • Own the CEO's priorities. Know what matters this week, this month, this quarter, and make sure it actually happens
  • Prepare for investor updates, board conversations, and strategic decisions. The story is sharp. The numbers are right. Every time
  • Sit in every important meeting. Follow up on everything. Nothing falls through the cracks. Ever

Run the business behind the business

  • Build the operating rhythm: weekly syncs, KPIs, dashboards, whatever system makes us faster without slowing us down
  • Own cross-functional projects that don't have a clear owner: partnerships, hiring pipelines, grant applications, legal coordination, event logistics
  • Be the connective tissue between engineering, sales, product, and external partners. Everyone is aligned. Everyone is moving

Drive strategic projects end-to-end

  • Market research, competitive intelligence, partnership exploration, pricing experiments: you pick it up, you run it, you close it
  • Help shape our go-to-market as we expand into new products and new geographies
  • Build the decks, models, and briefs that help the founders make better decisions, faster

Scale what needs scaling

  • Spot what's broken or missing in how we operate and fix it before anyone asks
  • Build playbooks, templates, and processes that let a 5-person team operate like a 20-person one
  • Hiring support: write job posts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews. Help build a team that matches our speed

Who you are

  • 1–4 years in consulting, VC, startups, or high-intensity operating roles
  • AI-native: you use AI tools to move faster than people think is possible
  • Insanely organised. You juggle 12 things and none of them drop
  • Strong analytical chops: comfortable with spreadsheets, financial models, and data
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal. You can draft an investor update and a Slack message with equal precision
  • High agency. You don't wait. You don't ask for permission. You figure it out
  • Genuinely excited about early-stage chaos. This is not a 9-to-5
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
