Why now

We've proven the first product. 250+ events signed in 12 months, entirely through inbound. Now we're building the rest of the platform from scratch.

That means new products, bigger technical challenges and a lot of greenfield engineering. Search, AI-powered interfaces, data-heavy workflows, dashboards and entirely new products that don't have an obvious blueprint because nobody has built them for this industry before.

This is a chance to join early enough to have a real impact on how the technology is built.

What you'll do

‍

Build the product

• Ship end-to-end, from backend architecture to frontend UX
• Build and scale new products from zero, including search, dashboards, AI-powered interfaces and data-heavy workflows
• Use AI as a core part of how you work. Cursor, Claude, whatever helps you ship better and faster

Shape how we build

• Help evolve our stack, architecture, workflows and technical standards
• Have a direct say in product and technical decisions
• Work directly with the founders and the rest of the team. No PM layer, no bureaucracy
  ‍

Own the outcome

• Take features from idea and spec all the way to staging and production
• Build the infrastructure needed as demand grows rapidly
• Move quickly without creating technical debt just for the sake of moving quickly
• Care about whether what you built actually solves the problem, not just whether the code works

Who you are

‍

• 3+ years building and shipping production web applications
• AI-native. This is non-negotiable! AI-assisted coding is already a core part of how we work, and we expect you to use it aggressively
• Strong with Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind, with a solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data
• Comfortable owning problems rather than waiting for detailed instructions
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Specs are a starting point, not a contract
• Clear communicator who moves fast. A week is a long time here

• Generative AI or vector search in production
• Tracking, analytics, or conversion optimisation
• Vercel workflows, CI/CD, observability and testing tools
• A strong eye for UI/UX. You care what it feels like, not just that it works
• Dutch alongside English
